We’ve been providing household management services to over-scheduled, overworked individuals and families around the Atlanta metro area for the last 10 years. Momcierge is hiring a Home Management Assistant. Exact day-to-day responsibilities are tailored to client needs, but a typical day includes:

  • Tidying indoor/outdoor living spaces and light cleaning, i.e., sanitizing surfaces, light sweeping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins

  • Loading and unloading the dishwasher

  • Making beds and changing sheets

  • Organizational projects such as reorganizing closets, changing out seasonal clothing, and setting up/improving various household organizational systems

  • Running errands for clients (e.g. shopping, dry-cleaning, post office, etc.)

  • Assisting clients with prep for and/or tidying up after out-of-town guests, parties, and other special events

  • Assisting home managers with larger home projects

  • Special seasonal and holiday-related projects


You could be the ideal candidate if you possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Friendly, reliable, customer service-oriented, and trustworthy

  • Possess excellent communication, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills

  • A high degree of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

  • A flexible working style with the ability to work independently as well as be a collaborative team player - we regularly work alongside clients, other service providers such as nannies and landscapers, and each other!

  • The confidence to make suggestions and offer additional services to achieve optimal home efficiency for each client


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work on your feet for up to 3-4 hours at a time

  • Ability to complete sometimes physically demanding household chores, including pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, and removing/replacing items overhead

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

All Home Management Assistants are required to pass a basic background check, possess a valid Driver’s License, and have their own reliable transportation during working hours as a condition of hire.
